We believe in our artists to deliver a masterpiece which you would love and which will leave no space for dissatisfaction.
Despite that, if you don’t like the painting due to quality reasons, we would accept returns and follow a simple and quick procedure.
- Return request is placed by the customer through E-Mail with the attached photo of the faulty product.
- BookMyPainting sends a confirmation within 24 hours of return placement.
- If the customer wants a replacement, we will happily replace the painting with a new one and arrange a pickup for the faulty product ourselves.
Terms and Conditions:
In all the cases of returns and cancellations, you have to drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will revert to you in 24 hours.
All returns and cancellations are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.) If the customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the product, he should drop us an E-mail stating his intent of return at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. S/he also needs to specify the differences in the painting because of which return request is being raised.
2.) Return policy covers the following cases only:
- Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the painting you can get a replacement.
- Lost Products: If our courier partner loses the product you are 100% eligible for a full refund or free replacement without any questions asked.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The product should be returned in its original condition.
- Customer must not tamper with any element of painting because it may fail to be eligible for returns after the quality check is done.
- Returns are accepted only if the request is raised within 14 days of delivery.
- If a customer raises more than 2 return requests in a span of 365 days his 3rd return is automatically cancelled and ineligible on the grounds of fake requests.
- BookMyPainting holds the sole discretion for approving or disapproving returns.
- If the painting can simply be corrected and doesn’t really need to be redone, BookMyPainting will do the necessary alterations to make it perfect and send it back to you.
- In the case of returns or replacements, the customer is liable to return the faulty painting.
- If the order is delayed by more than 2 days and you’re dissatisfied with the artwork, we’ll get the painting picked up from your place and give you 100% refund.
- In all the cases of returns and replacements, BookMyPainting will run a quality-check and refund or replace after the check is successful.
